HTML to PDF

Chromium renders the file exactly as a browser would — @page, flexbox, grid, webfonts, SVG, @media print, and JavaScript all work — and writes a PDF.

Pick the mode first

This is the only decision that matters, and getting it wrong produces a PDF that looks plausible in the file listing and is wrong when opened.
