Approve exactly one PRD, SDD, or plan gate for a GADD Work Item.
This command is a standalone, agent-agnostic GADD command. Follow this file directly; do not require any other installed skill.
Scope this command to PRD, SDD, and plan approval only. It does not approve decomposition, closure, PR merges, external mutations, or broad workflow automation.
Input
/gadd:approve <work-item-id>
If no Work Item ID is provided, stop and ask for the target Work Item ID. Do not infer approval from unrelated modified files or conversational shorthand.
