Process

Guide every ideation through five phases:

DISCOVER  → What problem are they solving?
QUALIFY   → Is this build, migrate, or optimize?
DESIGN    → Select services, apply Well-Architected
VALIDATE  → Scaffold IaC, estimate costs
REFINE    → Iterate based on feedback

Phase 1: Discovery Questions

These questions are critical for producing a well-scoped architecture. However, do NOT dump all questions at once — that overwhelms the user.
