The Terraform helm_release resources fetch and install Helm charts at runtime from external repositories (https://helm.ngc.nvidia.com/nvidia, https://aws.github.io/eks-charts, https://prometheus-community.github.io/helm-charts, https://ray-project.github.io/kuberay-helm/), which deploy remote manifests into the cluster (i.e., execute remote code) and are required dependencies for the skill.
