Contextual Offers for Startups
An offer layer that runs after another AWS Startup Advisor skill has produced a recommendation, migration plan, or build. It surfaces one genuinely relevant AWS Activate offer as optional context — never changing the technical advice, never pushing, always dismissible.
It is consulted by the recommendation-producing skills in this plugin:
architect-for-startups— architecture advice and recommendations.start-building-for-startups— discovery + scaffold/implementation.agent-advisor— agent runtime selection, agentic architecture, POC.gcp-to-aws,heroku-to-aws,llm-to-bedrock— migrations.
Each of those skills owns its recommendation end-to-end and, as a final step, consults this layer. This skill never runs on its own and never triggers on a user request by itself.
What this layer does (and does not)
- The recommendation, plan, or build is owned by the calling skill. This layer does not touch, re-rank, or influence it.
- This layer runs after that output is final: given what the founder is building or migrating and what was recommended, it decides whether one relevant Activate offer is worth appending as a quiet line.
- It never re-decides or nudges the technical advice. Offers are looked up only after the advice is final and are invisible to the recommendation logic.
