Produce a self-contained technical lesson in the format the user requests. For HTML, the included template supports MathJax and optional inline SVG/SMIL without a build step. Optionally ship it live to GitHub Pages when requested.

Editorial precedence. The user's explicit instructions take precedence. references/textbook-style.md draws on 12 supplied machine-learning references and governs graduate-level teaching structure and depth. The complementary references/technical-writing-guides.md applies Gernot Heiser's and Derek Abbott's technical-prose rules where they improve clarity, evidence, and notation. Its conflict resolutions keep useful conventions without importing paper-specific structures or blanket word and notation bans. These two source-derived references override conflicting presentation rules elsewhere in this skill.
