Source text ingestion comes from the stock option chain data loaded at runtime via scripts/gex_scan.py (load_yfinance() calling yfinance to obtain option-chain rows, which are then parsed for strike/right/open_interest/implied_volatility), so the workflow ingests outsider-influenced free text whenever the provider’s option-chain fields are attacker-controlled through the user-supplied ticker/snapshot chain input.
