Workflow

1. Read ../../references/CORE_CONTRACT.md, STYLE_RULES.md, and OUTPUT_TEMPLATES.md.
2. Extract what the user already decided. Do not interview when enough information exists.
3. Write 00_project/brief.md using the creative brief template.
4. Distinguish must include, must avoid, and open decisions.
5. Keep premise and dramatic question concrete enough to test later scenes against them.

Done

The brief lets another agent state what is being made, for whom, at what scale, and under what constraints without rereading the chat.
