Client Cycle Slides

Show a client what is planned, what got done and what moves to the next cycle, one slide per cycle, so they never have to read a document. A ledger file is the source of truth; the slides are a view of it and can always be rebuilt from it.

Cycles

• Each month has two cycles. C1 is day 1 to 15. C2 is day 16 to the last day.
• A cycle id is YYYY-MM-C1 or YYYY-MM-C2, for example 2026-10-C2.
• Work out the current cycle from today's date in the client's time zone (ledger timezone, default UTC). Never guess it from the conversation.
• The next cycle is where new approved work goes by default. Work is only added to the current cycle when the user says so.
