Before you write user-facing prose or artifact prose, read and apply the shared ASD-STE100 skill. Preserve this skill's required output contract.

• Use brainstorming when different reasonable interpretations would produce materially different results.
• Proceed directly when the user supplied the content or an approved design and the requested action is clear.
• Proceed directly for capture, transcription, organization, formatting, and small unambiguous edits.
• Use grilling when the user asks to stress-test an idea or explore every unresolved branch.
