SUSPICIOUS. The skill is mostly coherent with its stated Confluence automation purpose and routes data to official Atlassian endpoints, but it asks the agent to install and trust a third-party community CLI from a personal publisher and then provide Atlassian credentials to that tool. This is not confirmed malware, but the credential-forwarding and third-party dependency trust are proportionately riskier than an official integration.
