SUSPICIOUS: the core purpose is coherent, but the skill extends trust to unreviewed local helper scripts and another skill, forwards a scraping API key through those scripts, and processes untrusted external content with write/exec-capable tooling. This looks more like a moderately risky scraping/analysis workflow than malware, but the transitive trust and external-content handling make it unsuitable to classify as benign.
