Overview

Interactive story refinement for Jira tickets. Fetches the issue via Atlassian MCP, asks targeted questions to fill gaps, drafts a structured refinement block, and — only after user approval — appends it to the existing description with a Refinement: prefix.

Never replace or delete existing description content.

Match the story's language. Infer the working language from the issue summary (title) — e.g. French title → French throughout. All content written to Jira (refinement headings, paragraphs, acceptance criteria, mandatory answer labels in questions) must use that language. Chat with the user may stay in their preferred language, but the Jira draft and final append must match the ticket title.
