Customer reviews
You say: "Answer my one-star reviews." · "What are people saying about the app?"
It does: Finds unanswered and low-rated reviews, reads Apple's summary, drafts each reply in the reviewer's language within Apple's rules — and publishes only the replies you approve, one by one.
Replies are public, posted under the developer's name on the App Store, and most readers are not the reviewer — they are the next person deciding whether to install. So: you read and draft; the user approves; then you post. One review, one approved reply, one call. Never reply in bulk, never post a draft the user has not seen word for word.
Running the CLI
node <skill-dir>/scripts/asc.mjs <command> [flags]
<skill-dir> is the directory you loaded this SKILL.md from. Below, asc means that line. Credentials come from the environment only. The MCP server offers the same as asc_customer_reviews (read-only) and asc_reply_to_review (needs confirm: true).
