Subscriptions

You say: "Add a monthly plan with a one-week free trial." · "Sell a lifetime unlock for $49.99."

It does: Creates subscription plans and one-time purchases from your config, prices them, localizes them, uploads the review screenshot, and submits them with your version.

A subscription leaves MISSING_METADATA only when four things exist: a group localization (display name), a subscription localization (name and description), a price, and a review screenshot of the paywall. Then it goes to review with an app version. The app's first subscription is submitted from the App Store Connect website together with the binary — Apple's rule; every later one can be submitted by asc submit.
