Biome Code Review

Review proposed changes for correctness and fit with the Biome codebase.

Invocation

When an implementation agent is orchestrating the work and subagents are available, assign the completed review to a fresh subagent. Give it only:

• the review scope;
• the intended business requirements that the repository cannot establish.

Do not include implementation details, suspected defects, files to prioritize, prior findings, or expected outcomes. Those pointers bias the review toward confirming the orchestrator's assumptions.

An agent already invoked as the fresh reviewer performs the review directly and does not delegate it again. If subagents are unavailable, the orchestrator may load this skill and review the complete scope itself.
