BOFU Screens Skill

Your advantage is that you can read the code: you know the route each capability lives on, the tab or menu that reaches it, the component that renders it and often a data-testid. So your main output is a shot list, not screenshots. BOFU's server browsers take the shots (micro screenshot runs), check each image shows what you asked for, and attach it to the capability. Local Playwright is a fallback for apps those browsers cannot reach.

When To Use

• The screens step of a bofu-sync run (first sync or the reshoot list of a re-sync).
• "Take a screenshot of X and attach it to capability Y" from any session.
• Retaking screens after a redesign, or for capabilities screens.targets still lists.
