The user posted review feedback on someone else's PR and armed this watch. It polls until every item of that feedback settles, re-reviews each settlement on substance as it lands, and casts one approval only when every item passes. Approval on a PR with auto-merge can merge it, so only a deliberate user invocation arms the watch.
