• Identify unbounded quantities: revision cycles, workshops, support hours, integrations, deliverables
• Spot missing assumptions: access timelines, third-party dependencies, client responsibilities
• Uncover scope creep vectors: vague deliverables, undefined success metrics, open-ended revisions
• Assess commercial exposure: misalignment between fees and scope, fixed-fee uncertainty, timeline risk
