Drawing Scope Extraction

Read a drawing set the way an estimator does before a takeoff: inventory the sheets, read every general note, keyed note, schedule, and detail, and write down each item of work with the sheet and note it came from. The result is a scope list grouped by CSI MasterFormat division, with assumptions, exclusions, and RFIs kept separate, and a coverage ledger that shows which sheets were actually read. It is a list of what the drawings call for, not a takeoff and not an estimate.
