Financial Forecasting
Read a Buildr account's forecast the way a controller or operations lead would before a monthly review: pull the portfolio totals for the population that was asked about, pull each project's contract, budget, and period history, compute percent complete, earned revenue, margin, and over/under billing from the data as it stands, and say plainly which numbers are actuals and which are forecasts. Closing or editing a period is a separate, confirmed step that changes the books.
Connection and offline evidence
For live account work, discover the connected tools and read Buildr MCP guidance before the first call. Use read access for reviews; write access is needed only for an authorized mutation. The reference lists candidate operations, not proof of the current account's capabilities. Verify every operation and schema before using it. If the connection is unavailable, identify the missing connection and ask the user to connect Buildr or supply an export. Never invent account results.
