Pay App Review

Review a progress payment application the way a project accountant or project manager would before it goes to the owner, architect, or accounts payable: extract the schedule of values, check every column and total, reconcile this period against the last certified period, confirm the contract sum reflects approved change orders, and hand a human a findings table and a hold/release list. The skill prepares the review. It does not approve, certify, or reject payment.
