RFP Intake
Run a first-pass RFP intake the way a preconstruction team would: read the whole solicitation, extract what a bid/no-bid meeting needs, flag risk, and recommend go or no-go against the user's own criteria.
Inputs
- The RFP or solicitation package is required. If no document is attached, ask for it once, plainly, and wait. Never fabricate RFP content, invent a sample solicitation, or produce a generic intake without a real document.
- Optional inputs sharpen the review: the user's go/no-go or bid/no-bid checklist, and a prior intake summary or proposal for similar work. Use them when supplied; otherwise proceed with default criteria and mark company capacity, experience, and relationships unknown.
- When a checklist or prior example is provided, apply its criteria explicitly
and say which findings came from the user's own documents. When none is
provided, use
references/intake-checklist.mdas the default criteria.
