Establish the source and window

For live work, read the connection guide before the first call and discover the tools and operation schemas actually exposed. If access is missing, report the blocker; request connection or a supplied export. Never substitute remembered people or invented responses.

For an explicitly supplied export or synthetic fixture, analyze only that snapshot and label its provenance, as-of date, completeness, and live limits. Offline analysis cannot establish current availability or execute changes.
