reframe
Reframe
Find a useful change in how we understand or approach the work. Develop what the question opens up. The question may be answered by the agent, asked of the human, or explored together.
Start from this situation
Establish what matters, the current approach, and the assumption worth reconsidering. Preserve the source's live distinctions. For a clear task with a settled method, proceed with the task unless a reframe was requested or a concrete obstacle warrants one.
For Callum's work, open the existing Homebase Learning/README.md and find fitting cases before proposing a new method. Read Homebase learning for the route, retrieval command, and capture connection. Open the relevant case's story, evidence, scope and exceptions; mentioning the research note alone does not use the case. If no case fits, say so and continue from the available material. If Homebase is inaccessible, state the history gap and work from the supplied context without creating a replacement corpus.
Choose a question and its respondent
Start with Callum’s prompt-framing collection. Prompt collection and further questions gives the canonical KB route and published reading fallback. Read the collection and choose the perspective that could change this situation; the user need not choose a prompt or family. Preserve original wording, labelled adaptations and source attribution. The package’s further questions are optional supporting material, not a second canonical copy of those prompts.
Usually develop one useful reframe. Combine perspectives only when the situation benefits. Do not walk through the collection, score every lens, or return a menu for the user to select from. Sources explains the distinctions behind relevant prompts.
Luu’s lens asks what we have not even considered building because an old estimate of effort has narrowed the possibilities. Assess what current capabilities make worthwhile here rather than assuming a future of free, dependable agents. Consider exact personal tools as well as larger projects; becoming worthwhile need not mean serving a wider audience. Develop the possibility before working out how to check it. Keep this distinct from making the same task faster or merely adding verification process.
Adapt the selected prompt to the situation. When connecting it to a case, retain its collection heading or existing question ID and the wording used.
