UI polish

Tighten an implemented direction without redesigning it.

Preconditions

Require the approved direction, access to the current implementation, and current rendered evidence for the DesignContext.requiredEvidence manifest. Inventory what was actually inspected.

If implementation or rendered evidence is missing, do not fabricate a plan or claim changes. Return a PolishHandoff with status: blocked and exact blockers.

Preserve

Write down the direction's thesis, product behavior, information architecture, and intentional distinctive choices. Treat these as invariants. If polish would change one, return the decision to the caller.
