Routing map

Pick and state the delivery lane first. Default: skills-only, to-spec -> to-tickets -> execute-ticket inline via the skills-only contract; never start a runner, scheduler, or replacement driver. Direct lane: a small change (about three files and 100 lines, tests included; no contract, schema, migration, dependency, policy, money, auth, or data deletion) or an explicit quick-change request: edit, test, lint, re-read; measure before committing, escalate if it grows. Autopilot only on explicit request; AFK, continuation, and compaction never select it, and the Autopilot routes below never override a suspension. Missing Autopilot does not block other lanes.
