Triangulate Diagnosis

Choose the execution mode using the operating defaults. Without a request for subagents, invoke diagnose for a single inline diagnosis, label that scope, and stop this workflow; do not present it as independent triangulation.

The three-pass branch below requires a user-requested scope covering three workers and observed separate contexts. If either is unavailable, report the limit rather than invent permission or independence. Compare the isolated reports and record their convergence or disagreement; do not turn a majority into stronger evidence than its feedback loops.
