Catena CLI

All Catena operations go through the catena CLI.

1. If catena is not on PATH, or it warns that a newer version is available, run npm i -g @catena/cli.
2. Run catena guide and follow it, unless you have already read the guide for the installed CLI version. The guide ships inside the CLI, so it always matches that version.
