• Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions detected (medium risk: 0.40). The skill does not itself request sudo, create users, or edit system files, but it executes arbitrary role-spec files by spawning worker agents (including copying/exporting artifacts and cleaning up), so a malicious or untrusted session could instruct those workers to modify system state or perform privileged actions.
