• Title / Preconditions / Step / Expected 中的具体文案、错误码、阈值、次数、长度和枚举只能来自测试点或需求 Markdown。
• 源里逐字给出则原样带入 Title / Expected，不抽象、不意译、不挂诚实尾巴；源里没有则使用方向描述或写作规范定义的固定尾巴，不编硬值。
• 详细判定和固定尾巴见 references/testcase-writing-spec.md；设计方法不得越过本规则。
