The Pipeline

PHASE 1: SETUP (automated, no LLM needed for import)
  Step 0:   Import from Notion → SOURCE.md
  Step 0.5: Guest social research → GUEST_SOCIAL_RESEARCH.md
  Step 1:   SEO keyword research → SEO_Keywords.md
  Step 1.5: YT outlier research (2-3 niche queries) → YT_Outlier_Report.md
            Include direct YouTube search URLs for the top 3-5 most relevant outlier videos so the user can study thumbnails.
