Scope & Context
Follow the global terminology, deviation standards, and principles defined in beyond-code/SKILL.md.
Purpose
Verify that the implementation matches the agreed spec and plan with zero silent compromises. Offer an independent auditor option (via subagent), analyze blast radius, present an Exception-First Verification Report, and execute the Three-Way Acceptance Triage Protocol to handle acceptance, in-flight fixes, or course corrections seamlessly.
