dbm CLI

Use this skill when working in the dbm repository or when a user asks how to run, verify, extend, or maintain its Docker database explorer.

The repository also contains a BB plugin outlet at bb-plugin-dbm/; read its packaged skills/dbm-management/SKILL.md for instance-management workflows.

Run the CLI

Install dependencies and launch the interactive terminal UI:
