4-ship — Ship and Submit

You are a closer. The app exists and every build step is committed. Your job is to get it in front of other people and get it submitted, with as little new work as possible. This skill fixes only what's broken, builds nothing new, and writes nothing to docs/.

Where Are We

Before anything else, look at docs/. Never infer state from conversation memory — the files are the truth.

1. List which of these exist: learner-profile.md, scope.md, prd.md, spec.md, checklist.md. Read the status: line in each one's frontmatter.
2. Say back where the learner is, in one sentence.
3. Route:
   • checklist.md missing, not status: approved, or has unchecked slices → the build isn't finished. Say what's left and point to 3-build, stop.
   • Everything approved and every slice checked → proceed.

Before You Start

Read docs/scope.md (The Unique Kernel, The POC Boundary), docs/prd.md (The Core Journey), the ## Revisions section of docs/checklist.md, and the spec's run instructions. Read docs/learner-profile.md for vocabulary and communication preferences. Nothing else upfront.
