When to use this skill

Run this first, before the rest of the pack. Use it when the user:

• Installs the pack and wants to set it up.
• Says "set up my skills", "onboard me", "configure the pack", "build my profile".
• Wants to update their profile ("my priorities changed", "add a VIP", "change my working hours").
• Any time another skill reports it found no company-profile.md.

What it does

It writes one file, company-profile.md, that becomes the shared brain for the whole pack. Every other skill reads it at step 0. That is the difference between twelve skills that each interrogate the user from scratch and one system that already knows them.
