When to use this skill

Use it when the user wants to catch the threads that have gone quiet on the other side:

• "Who owes me a reply?" / "what am I waiting on?" / "what's outstanding?"
• "Chase my follow-ups" / "chase that up" / "nudge them"
• "Which of my emails never got a reply?" / "what's gone quiet this week?"
• "Draft a nudge to " / "follow up on the thread"
• Before a meeting: "did they ever reply about we're meeting on?"

The job has two halves: find the threads where the user sent the last message and no reply came back inside a reasonable window, and draft a short, polite nudge for each, pitched at the right rung of the escalation ladder.

Do not use it to send email (this skill is draft-only, see below), to chase invoices or overdue payments (that's invoice-chaser), or to triage the whole inbox (that's inbox-executive-assistant). This skill only looks outward at what others owe the user.
