When to use this skill

Use it when the user wants last week closed off and next week set up, the way a good chief of staff would do it on a Monday morning:

• "Weekly review" / "plan my week" / "review my week"
• "What does my week look like?" / "Monday plan" / "set me up for the week"
• "What did I get done last week?" / "what's coming up?"
• Any request to look back at the week just gone and look forward to the one ahead, across calendar and inbox.

Do not use it to send email, book or move meetings, or bulk-edit the calendar. This skill reads. The only thing it writes is the finished plan, to Notion, once the user says yes.

What it needs (setup)

Two read connectors, plus one optional write connector. All are native Claude connectors, login-only OAuth, no build:

• Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 calendar connector: read past and upcoming events. Used to reconstruct what was scheduled last week and what is booked for the week ahead.
• Gmail connector: read and search. Used to find open loops (threads where the ball is with the user). It cannot send, and this skill never drafts a reply anyway. Read-only here.
• Notion connector (optional): write the finished plan to a page. Only used at the end, and only after the user confirms. If it is not connected, deliver the plan in chat instead and say so.
