Inspired by Matt Pocock's draft review skill in mattpocock/skills.
Two axes, kept apart. Every finding labelled, ranked, and evidenced. One verdict.
A change can follow every rule and build the wrong thing, or build exactly the right thing and break the rules. Reviewing both in one pass lets one axis hide the other, so this skill runs them separately and never reranks across them.
Inputs
- Base: a commit, branch, tag, or
HEAD~N. If the user gave none, use the merge-base with the default branch and say so. In a loop, the base is the commit the loop started from. - Spec (optional): issue, PRD, or path. Issue tracker workflow: read
.agent/context/issue-tracker.mdfirst (fallback:docs/agents/issue-tracker.md). - Mode:
interactive(default, human reading) orgate(called from/implement,agent-loop,/until-done; verdict drives the loop).
