Webcraft build

Deliver a working marketing website in the selected framework, with observed validation recorded in 07-validation.md.

Use upstream domain guidance when the relevant UI work begins. Fetch only the needed domain and its supporting references. For motion work, follow Emil Kowalski’s upstream guidance for this stage.

Start or resume

Read 00-project.md, current brief/plan, authoritative copy, and design handoff; inspect the actual design or existing code. Accept equivalent designs only after inspecting their coverage. If required setup or usable designs are missing, name the missing inputs and recommend the relevant Webcraft stages; do not silently invent them.

If mode is design-only, explain that build is outside the recorded mode and ask whether to change it via /webcraft-init. Do not change the mode implicitly. If code work already exists, resume or revise the requested portion; if build is complete and no change was requested, ask what to change instead of rebuilding the website.

An explicit restart may rework this stage; preserve its prior milestone through existing history or a scoped snapshot. Approval belongs to a specific revision and does not automatically carry over to substantive edits.

Implement the design

Code-only

Keep the actual routes, components, tokens, and copy established in earlier stages. Complete missing functionality and production concerns. Replace a prototype only where its structure or behaviour cannot support the required site, not merely because a new stage began.
