Knowledge Workflow Admin
Use this maintainer skill to install or administer the knowledge workflow in a target repository when a maintainer explicitly selects it.
This maintainer skill should run from an external installed copy. It supports fresh init, checks, manifest work, generic post-upgrade migration guidance, and approved configuration management.
If the user is not explicitly acting as a workflow maintainer, do not use this Skill. Route ordinary team usage, content placement, onboarding, recovery, capture, planning, delivery, or review questions to knowledge-assistant or the owning ordinary workflow Skill.
