The skill instructs the agent to run npx @useclawlink/cli which fetches and executes remote code from the npm package (https://www.npmjs.com/package/@useclawlink/cli) and that CLI then interacts with/controls actions via the ClawLink service (https://claw-link.dev), so remote content is fetched at runtime and directly controls agent behavior.
