Prepare a job application (find the posting's recruiter, then write in the posting's words)
The insight, in the author's prompts: a resume is read first by software scanning for the posting's exact terms, and a recruiter note is read on a phone in one glance. So the resume rewrite lifts verbatim terms from the job description and never adds experience the candidate does not have — "only reference experience and skills explicitly stated in the resume — do not invent or assume anything" — and the message is four short lines that "get a RESPONSE through genuine personalization", under a hard ceiling of 187 characters. Why 187 was never established by the author (see What this skill does not claim).
The judgment lives in two prompts, carried verbatim in references/prompts.md with their
output schemas and the message assembly rule. This skill's job is to stand up the data side as a
Clay workflow in your workspace, run the prompts in your agent on what it returns, and hand back
one reviewed folder per role — not to reword them.
