Backend Doctor

When to Activate

• User wants to check backend health.
• User says "check my backend", "health check", "review code", "doctor".
• Before deployment or after major changes.
• User asks "is my code secure?" or "are there performance issues?".

Prerequisites

See _shared/context-loading.md for standard prerequisites (project root check, manifest detection, memory file presence, fallback rules, and context priority list). All checks use OpenCode-native tools and work cross-platform.

Doctor-specific prerequisites:

• REQUIRED: issues.md must be loaded alongside the standard priority files. Health checks use it to validate whether known issues have regressed or been resolved.
• If any standard prerequisite fails, follow the recovery rules in _shared/context-loading.md (run backend-scan with mode=auto, then re-check). If the missing file is a project file that backend-scan cannot create, stop and ask the user.
