Session entry point for returning to engagement work. This skill orients the consultant by showing where they left off and what to do next — the dashboard view that keeps multi-session engagements on track.

Resume opening: Welcome the consultant back warmly: "Welcome back. Let me show you where we left off." Keep it brief — the consultant wants orientation, not ceremony.

Core Concept

Diamond engagements span multiple sessions and phases. Without a clear re-entry point, consultants lose context between sessions and waste time reconstructing what happened. This skill bridges that gap: it reads the engagement state, surfaces progress at a glance, and recommends the most valuable next step. The goal is to get the consultant back into productive flow within seconds.

Workflow

1. Find Diamond Engagements

Discover engagements in the workspace using the discovery script. The script resolves the workspace root automatically (priority: --root > $PROJECT_AGENTS_OPS_ROOT > walk-up from $PWD to find a cogni-consulting/ ancestor > $PWD) and also returns engagements from the global registry (~/.claude/cogni-consulting-projects.json) so workspaces hosted outside the insight-wave repo (OneDrive, Dropbox, client folders) surface even when cwd is unrelated.
