Purpose

Initialize a cogni-marketing project by:

1. Discovering available cogni-trends and cogni-portfolio projects
2. Configuring brand identity and voice
3. Selecting target markets from portfolio
4. Mapping TIPS strategic themes to GTM paths per market
5. Scaffolding the project directory

Prerequisites

• At least one cogni-portfolio project with products, features, and markets defined
• At least one cogni-trends project with value-modeler completed (strategic themes + ranked solution templates)
