The workflow reads outsider-authored free text at runtime from products/*.json and features/*.json (and portfolio.json) in the current project directory, then injects fields like name/purpose into Excalidraw text via batch_create_elements/group_elements, which is indirect prompt injection risk if those JSONs contain malicious strings authored by someone other than the operating user.
