Trend Scout

Interactive workflow for scouting trends across 4 dimensions with industry selection and bilingual support. Each trend discovered is later analyzed through the complete TIPS framework (Trend → Implications → Possibilities → Solutions). Produces configuration files for downstream value-modeler and trend-report skills.

Purpose

This skill enables users to:

1. Select an industry and subsector from a standardized taxonomy
2. Initialize a research project with semantic slug
3. Generate 60 trend candidates (5 per cell × 12 cells: 4 dimensions × 3 horizons)
4. Write the final trend list and produce configuration for downstream pipeline skills (value-modeler, trend-report)
