Marketing and Growth
Turn a commercial objective into a testable decision. Ground recommendations in the audience, offer, market evidence, channel constraints, and a measurable outcome.
Establish the commercial model
Identify the target segment, urgent problem, competing alternatives, differentiated promise, conversion event, economics, constraints, and evidence already available. Separate known facts from assumptions and proposed tests. Do not invent customer quotes, market sizes, performance data, or proof.
Load only the reference needed for the task:
- market research, segmentation, and positioning: market-and-positioning.md;
- pricing, packaging, and monetization: pricing-and-monetization.md;
- SEO, content, paid acquisition, and channel selection: acquisition-and-seo.md;
- pages, forms, signup, onboarding, paywalls, and retention: conversion-and-lifecycle.md;
- fundraising assets and investor outreach: fundraising-and-investor-communications.md.
For any pricing-tier, plan, package, or monetization request, read pricing-and-monetization.md before recommending a structure or number. Treat a bare request to replace one price with tiers as a commercial-strategy request, not authorization to edit an arbitrary workspace file. Do not invent numeric prices from an underspecified request. First identify or request the target segments, value metric, economics, current commitments, and migration constraints; when evidence is missing, propose package hypotheses and a validation plan without fabricated numbers.
