Why this exists

Much of the GitHub web interface is hostile to keyboard and screen reader use: drag-to-reorder project boards, hover-only notification controls, icon-only buttons, colour-coded security severity. Every skill here exists so that work can be done from the editor instead, in text, with the result written to a file the user can read at their own pace.
